Making everyday activities visible in two steps

The FIRST–THEN board helps children understand what is done first and what happens next. The visual plan makes the sequence of events clear and can make transitioning from one activity to another easier.

How to use the board

Place a picture card in the FIRST box showing the next activity or situation. Place a card in the THEN box showing what comes after. Go through the sequence together before starting.

For example:

First brush teeth, then playtime
First homework, then outdoor play
First tidy room, then ice cream
First doctor, then something fun

The package includes

1 laminated FIRST–THEN board, A4 size, landscape
24 FIRST picture cards for everyday tasks and transitions
24 THEN picture cards for fun activities and rewards
A total of 48 laminated picture cards

Reusable set

Attach the picture cards to the board using blue tack, for example. The cards can be changed according to plans and reused. Blue tack is not included.

The physical laminated board and picture cards are suitable for home, school, and other environments where a clear sequence and visual anticipation support everyday planning.
