Agreed screen time made visible

A laminated A4-sized screen time chart helps children understand which day screen time is available and how long it lasts. The chart makes agreed-upon rules visible and easier to anticipate.

The chart has separate rows for gaming time, phone time, and TV time. Each row has two card slots: one for the day of the week and another for the agreed screen time. The plan can be updated according to everyday needs using the interchangeable cards.

Package includes

• 1 laminated A4-sized screen time chart
• 7 day-of-the-week cards: MON, TUE, WED, THU, FRI, SAT and SUN
• 5 time cards: 15 min, 30 min, 45 min, 1 h and 2 h

All cards are supplied pre-cut and laminated.

How to use the chart

Agree on screen times together and attach the day-of-the-week and time cards to the chart's card slots, for example with blue tack. The cards can be changed and moved as plans change. Blue tack is not included in the package.

The chart and cards can be reused from day to day. The visual plan helps review the agreed times in advance and makes planning screen time clearer.
